Organisation panel
You upload the list of your systems; the panel compares them with published vulnerabilities, shows which are affected and notifies their owners.
The panel is used with a separate organisation account: create an organisation account.
Inventory
A CSV or Excel file is uploaded. There are three steps: choose the file, map the columns, confirm the preview. An import can be rolled back later.

Where it cannot be certain, the result is not guessed; it is left as “possible”. The comparison runs again roughly every 30 minutes, so a vulnerability published later also produces a finding. Versions that no longer receive security updates are flagged separately, without waiting for a vulnerability.
Finding statuses
A finding moves through these stages: new → assigned → investigating → remediated → verified → closed. It can also be closed with a reason: false positive, risk accepted, or system decommissioned. Every change is written to the audit trail.
Projects
Projects divide the inventory by branch, customer or environment. Every organisation starts with a “General” project, and there is no limit on the number of projects. The selector in the top bar narrows the panel to a single project. Deleting a project also deletes its assets and findings; the last project cannot be deleted.

Notifications
The recipients are the owner and the owner group of the affected asset. An administrator chooses one of two modes:
- Otomatik kapalı (varsayılan): hiçbir şey kendiliğinden gitmez. Analist bulguları seçer, alıcıları ve içeriği önizler, onaylayıp gönderir.
- Otomatik açık: yeni doğrulanmış bulgu çıktığında sahibine haber gider. Her bulgu bir kez duyurulur; aynı kişiye giden birden çok bulgu tek iletide toplanır.

The boundary of your data
The inventory is visible only to members of your organisation. It is not sent to an AI provider or to analytics services.
